Job Description

You shall be aligned within our Human Resources division, lending your expertise to the sphere dedicated to human resources matters and related domains, including recruitment, learning, training, onboarding, compensation and benefits, performance management, organizational development, and corporate culture.

Your alignment shall be with our Recruitment department, and our purview encompasses comprehensive responsibility for delivering qualified candidates to fulfill our recruitment demands in accordance with our Recruiting Plan.

Those within this purview shall be integral members of our sub-offerings, which encompass Recruitment, Sourcing, Scheduling, Background Verification (BGV), Document Compilation, Onboarding, and Internal Shared Services.

Together, we empower premier recruitment enterprises worldwide, breathing life into their visions by facilitating enhanced outcomes through a concerted focus on the candidate experience.

You shall function as an indispensable part of our recruitment team, entrusted with the pivotal task of delivering candidates to meet our recruitment needs as outlined in the Recruiting Plan.

At least 12-15 years work experience in PMO; 8 years supervisory.

Experienced in working with global teams.

Roles and Responsibilities

Headcount/Blueprint Management/Org Chart Financials tracking: o Plan vs actuals review (mid-month & monthly) Cost to serve O Promotion affordability, Quarterly promotion submission, and promotion logging in TMS/PRT.

Staffing Management & Agile Workforce o Demand logging & tracking (regular & subcons) o IQN Work Order Management (subcons) o Regularization tracking.

Rollin/Rolloff actives o NAB Group Maintenance (New Hires, Promotions, and Movements) o Workspace Management (Seat Utilization Monitoring, request, release, movement, RTO scheduling) o Enablement: Tech requests (physical assets), asset registration, tech escalations POC, and support phone.

People and Communications o Internal mailers related to PHP guidance on new/removed entitlements, health advisory, team engagement, local CXO activities O Cascade of learning or capability trainings and compliance tracking.

Local Compliance o BCP (creation of BCP plan, recurring table top testing, organize audit participation) o Information security O Events and other admin (e.g. visits/logistics).
