Job Description: The primary objective of this position is to act as a liaison, effectively connecting the customer with Wipro’s delivery team. This involves thoroughly understanding and analyzing the customer’s needs and then clearly conveying them to the delivery teams. Ultimately, the goal is to guarantee that the customer receives the most appropriate solution.

Gathering and Engaging with Customer Requirements
Collaborate and coordinate with client engagement partners to grasp the requirements outlined in RFPs and RFIs.
Elaborate on scope documents, detailing both functional and non-functional requirements, ensuring that all customer needs, even those left unspoken, are meticulously captured.
Create workflow charts and diagrams, examine system capabilities, and draft specifications following comprehensive research and analysis of customer requirements.
Engage in interactions with internal teams, including project managers, pre-sales teams, tech leads, and architects, to devise accurate and timely responses to RFPs and RFIs.
Understand and communicate the financial and operational implications of any suggested changes.
Maintain periodic communication with customers to seek clarifications and gather feedback on the proposed solutions for specific RFPs and RFIs, subsequently guiding the delivery team to make necessary design adjustments.
Empower customers by demonstrating and presenting the proposed solutions or prototypes.
Foster and sustain customer relationships to optimize business integration and generate leads.
Ensure ongoing reviews and feedback from customers to enhance and deliver greater value in terms of services and products.

Collaborate with the delivery team to ensure the most suitable solution is put forward to the customer. Maintain regular communication with the delivery team to:
Provide them with valuable customer feedback and insights regarding the proposed solution.
Review the test cases to ensure comprehensive coverage of customer requirements.
Conduct root cause analysis to thoroughly comprehend the proposed solution, demo, or prototype before presenting it to the customer.
Implement and facilitate new change requests to address evolving customer needs and requirements.
Offer support to the QA team through periodic testing to ensure that solutions align with the needs of businesses, providing timely inputs and feedback.
Perform Integration Testing and User Acceptance demo testing to validate the implemented solutions, aiming for a 100% success rate.
Employ data modeling techniques to examine discoveries and devise enhancements and modifications.
Maximize system capabilities and understand business specifications to achieve 100% utilization.
Assemble the complete response or solution for the RFP/RFI before it is presented to the customer.
Assist the Project Manager and Delivery Team in delivering the solution to the customer.
Define and outline project milestones, phases, and the various project elements in collaboration with the principal consultant.
Drive and question the assumptions made by delivery teams regarding how they will effectively execute their plans.
Guarantee customer satisfaction by delivering quality results on schedule.

Develop specialized domain knowledge and make valuable contributions to our knowledge repository.
Collaborate and connect with fellow Business Analysts to exchange expertise, fostering the expansion of domain knowledge within the vertical.
Compose whitepapers, research papers, and point of views, and distribute them within the consulting community at large.
Identify and formulate practical use cases from various projects or accounts that could be adopted at Wipro’s organizational level to enhance business operations.
Conduct comprehensive market research for content and development, offering the latest insights for project implementation, thereby ensuring customer satisfaction.
