Job Description : Deal Management
Overseeing the contract administration team’s operations to guarantee contracts are drafted, negotiated, and endorsed aligning with corporate protocols. Vigilantly monitoring contract and business terms to minimize Oracle’s exposure to risk. Supervising a skilled professional staff.
Roles & Responsibilities: Deal Management
Planning and ensuring the successful delivery of projects.
Overseeing and guiding drafting teams handling intricate or unique contracts across various industries and countries.
Maintaining a superior level of operational excellence, enhancing performance, and driving organizational change.
Managing escalations effectively and maintaining open lines of communication with all stakeholders.
Delivering metrics and enhancing operational efficiency for both the process and the team.
Regularly scheduling Quarterly Deal Reviews, actively participating in team discussions, extracting insights from sessions, monitoring actions, and implementing improvements as needed.
Enhancing Processes: Deal Management
Identify and execute initiatives for process enhancement to boost productivity and KPIs, resulting in cost savings. Collaborate with SSCs to adopt best practices and propose enhancements for continuous improvement.
Team Building, Development, and Coaching: Deal Management
Supervising a group of individual contributors (ICs) and managers (Ms) to ensure both project delivery and professional growth.
Providing mentorship to empower the team to compete on a global scale for emerging projects and opportunities.
Identifying training needs and implementing tailored solutions to enhance the team’s skillset, while also fostering a robust succession plan.
Global Engagement, Relationship Building, and Stakeholder Management:
Operating on a global scale, fostering relationships, and effectively managing stakeholders.
Engaging with multiple stakeholders, enforcing standardized policies and procedures, aligning with various functions, and contributing value to the business.
Collaborating closely with Sales, Business Development, Order Management, Legal, Revenue Recognition, and other finance teams to address business challenges.
Quality Assurance and Enhancement:
Ensuring and enhancing quality standards to uphold excellence.
Embedding quality as a fundamental aspect of our organizational culture.
People Management:
Establishing balanced objectives to maximize performance.
Conducting resource planning, recruitment, and performance management effectively.
