Job Description:
As an L2 Engineer, you play a crucial role within a 24/5 Oracle Finance support team, specializing in migration, incident operations, problem investigation, management, and resolution. Your responsibilities involve collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to comprehend and meet customer requirements promptly, while also responding swiftly to support and operational challenges. Your engagement extends to the migration of Oracle Finance modules, such as Agile PLM, transitioning from On-Prem to the Oracle Cloud.
Job Requirements:
The Application Support division operates within NetApp’s IT function, focusing on a diverse range of applications expertise. As a collaborative team member, your role involves ensuring the achievement of team objectives and operational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Offer specialized technology operations support during assigned shifts, addressing incident tickets, managing migrations, engaging with end-users, resolving critical operations issues promptly and effectively.
• Demonstrate hands-on proficiency in the Oracle Cloud financial modules (AP, GL, FA, AR, PO).
• Possess experience in administering Agile 9.3.x or above, including tasks such as creating/modifying workflows, roles and privileges, utilizing Agile admin tools, creating events, handlers, and subscribers, and managing data, system, server, and user settings.
• Exhibit expertise in migrating Oracle modules from On-Prem to Oracle Cloud.
• Conduct analysis of Legacy Tools, aligning them with Agile PLM and integration.
• Showcase experience in PLM process definition, analysis, design, and implementation.
• Demonstrate technical knowledge of Oracle SQL and Oracle Databases.
• Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with efficient verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure, handling multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Support the formal documentation of solutions, including product extension requirements.
• Provide regular reports to customers and management on status, resource needs, and projected outcomes.
• Apply a creative approach to problem-solving.
• Manage multiple tasks concurrently with competing deadlines.
• Demonstrate willingness to work shifts, be on call, including off hours, weekends, or holidays.
