Your Impactful Role:
As a Tax Analyst, your role is pivotal in steering the ship through the daily intricacies of India’s Indirect tax compliance landscape. You won’t just be keeping pace; you’ll be at the forefront of mastering and implementing all the latest developments in this domain, ensuring Cisco remains not just compliant but also optimized. Here’s a sneak peek at your key roles and responsibilities:
Provide vital support in Indirect tax compliance, specifically related to India including implementing and standardizing tax compliance processes.
Prepare and file the India GST returns for multiple registrations of various Cisco entities.
Analyze & interpret data and prepare reconciliation reports.
Assist in Indirect tax audits for Cisco India entities, including liaison with service providers.
Support IT improvement projects and automation/digitalization related initiatives.
Work with internal tax/finance/accounting colleagues on end-to-end processes.

Ability to handle the monthly compliance activities timely with adequate supervision and mentorship.
Possess extensive knowledge of SAP/Oracle ERP systems and able to independently analyse & work on the reports generated from these systems.
