Job Description
The main duty entails collaborating closely with international investment banks or asset managers to oversee their investments in corporate credit portfolios. These transactions may encompass direct investments or facilitating leverage on a collection of corporate credits. The position involves conducting credit analysis for middle market and leveraged loans and continuously monitoring their performance post-onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
▪ Aid clients in overseeing the effectiveness of their corporate credit investments spanning diverse sectors.
▪ Extract and assess crucial data from facility agreements, amendment documents, financial statements, compliance certificates, and budgets.
▪ Keep a close eye on financial covenants (leverage ratios, interest coverage ratios, etc.) and other credit metrics to identify any potential issues with the credits.
▪ Handle transaction data on the Oxane platform.
▪ Verify the accuracy of performance reports and dashboards on the Oxane platform, addressing any data or precision-related concerns.
Requisite Experience and Skills
▪ Profound comprehension of the commercial lending process.
▪ Familiarity with leveraged loan structures and the corresponding documentation.
▪ Practical experience or exposure to credit appraisals, report writing, capital structure analysis, and pro-forma analysis.
▪ The ideal candidate should possess a highly analytical mindset with an exceptional attention to detail.
▪ Capability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a fast-paced team environment.
▪ Robust communication skills encompassing written, verbal, and interpersonal proficiency.
▪ Aptitude for performing effectively under pressure to meet stringent and ambitious deadlines.
