What You Will Accomplish:
As a Consultant within our Global Operations Strategy team, you will play an integral role in various projects, including the design of our global operations footprint, optimizing the supply chain, shaping procurement strategies, and overseeing the integration of innovation and technology in the supply chain. In collaboration with your team, your role is pivotal in assisting Dell’s executives in making critical business decisions. As a member of our talent incubator program, you’ll receive mentorship and development opportunities with the ultimate aim of progressing to a leadership position within the organization.
Your Responsibilities:
Apply analytical rigor to generate fact-based reports and analyses, contributing to informed decision-making.
Engage in comprehensive research and collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather mission-critical business data.
Analyse data to uncover insights and create pertinent business and industry reports.
Assist in formulating insights and recommendations as a valued member of a Strategy project team.
Thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, consistently conducting thorough and precise data analysis.

Key Qualifications:
Exceptional problem-solving and analytical capabilities, complemented by effective project and change management skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to construct valuable networks and exert influence across functional departments.
Proficiency in working with senior executives.
Mastery of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and related tools.
Self-sufficiency in task execution and the capacity to provide guidance to junior team members.
Preferred Qualifications:
A bachelor’s or post-graduate degree in business or supply chain. A master’s degree in disciplines such as Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, etc., from a top-tier university, with 8-10 years of pertinent work experience, is highly desirable.
Prior experience in management consulting is preferred, and having a background in high-tech industries is an additional advantage.
