What You Will Accomplish
In your role as a Principal Consultant (Delivery Enterprise Architect) within Dell’s organization, dedicated to Consulting Service Delivery, you will deliver consultative services encompassing both business and technical aspects for a variety of intricate customer-facing consulting projects. These endeavours will be conducted in collaboration with Global Pre-Sales, Account Management, and Solutioning Teams. More specifically, your involvement will be pivotal in projects that entail the deployment, administration, and configuration of extensive Language Model and Generative AI software stacks. These initiatives are designed to empower Dell’s clientele in effectively implementing and refining GenAI models.
Furthermore, in your capacity as the most senior technical member within the Delivery team for the GenAI/Data Science Practice, you will collaborate closely with fellow Dell-affiliated Consultants. Your primary objectives will include establishing trust with customers by showcasing your expertise, technical proficiency, consulting acumen, and fostering strong partnerships. Additionally, you will assume responsibility for offering guidance and oversight to these colleagues, as well as facilitating their skill enhancement through technical mentoring activities.
You will
Collaborate directly with Senior Leadership and provide support to Consulting Lead, Practice Lead, Senior Principal Engineers, and other Senior Solution Architects. In this advisory capacity, you will offer expertise in competency and product-oriented solutioning to facilitate deal closures while engaging with Sales, Pre-Sales, GTM, and Customers.
Engage with our clientele to conceptualize and construct novel GenAI Solutions & Services, assuming the role of a catalyst for change within customer organizations.
Leverage DevSecOps methodologies to expedite development processes, proactively suggesting and implementing architectural enhancements, as well as recommending process improvements for the infrastructure and platform layers of the GenAI Solution.
Extend support to Consulting Lead, Practice Lead, Senior Principal Engineers, and other Senior Solution Architects in their interactions with Sales, Pre-Sales, GTM, and Customers in an advisory capacity, offering competence and product-driven solutions to facilitate deal closures.
Undertake responsibilities related to the deployment, automation, maintenance, and management of release pipelines, in collaboration with the Practice Lead. This ensures the swift release of new features to production systems and seamless project delivery.

Indispensable Prerequisites
Deep understanding of the GenAI tooling ecosystem including knowledge and experience of Kubernetes, MLOps and AIOps tools.
Experience and deep knowledge of Large Language Models (LLM), hands on experience with MLOps and AIOps tools such as cnvrg.io, MLFlow and Domino
Knowledge of the Nvidia AI tool suite such as Bright Command Manager, NeMo Framework, Triton Inference Server, and others.
Deep knowledge of K8s application deployments, helm charts and K8s operators.
