Dell Technologies – Software Senior Engineer
In this role, you will:
Take the lead in shepherding intricate features through the various stages of releases and the agile software lifecycle.
Engage in the process of gathering, learning, analyzing, and harmonizing software requirements, transforming them into actionable tasks, comprehensive tests, and automation strategies.
Assume responsibility for both the design and execution of test plans, as well as the implementation of automation processes tailored to the PowerFlex product.
Leverage a diverse array of tools, including Python, Selenium, and our proprietary automation platform, to automate critical tasks.
Establish and implement concrete testing protocols and performance metrics, generating executive reports and presenting them to stakeholders whenever necessary.

Indispensable Prerequisites
Coding ability, in-depth python knowledge.
High troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Deep understanding of software testing methodologies and lifecycle.
Experience with storage solutions (files, block storage, replication, etc. from any vendor).
Experience with Containers/Dockers/Kubernetes and full stack storage management product validation (aka from UI-REST-Backend).
