Job Description

Responsibilities
Assist HR Country Care Operations in diverse activities such as Onboarding, Offboarding, and overseeing the Employee Life Cycle.
Serve as the designated Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for benefits administration processes.
Guarantee the punctual fulfilment of employee compliances.
Oversee the administration of the local Human Resources Information System (HRIS).
Proficiently address HR service requests.
Support HR audits by furnishing pertinent documents.
Competencies, Proficiencies, and Capabilities
An individual holding a bachelor’s or master’s degree with a background encompassing 3 to 4 years of pertinent experience within the Human Resources domain.
Possesses excellent communication and collaboration acumen.
Demonstrates proficiency in fundamental Excel skills.
Preference will be given to candidates with familiarity or experience in HR systems.
