As a Senior Consultant in Global Operations Strategy, you’ll play a pivotal role in advancing our supply chain. You will do this by spearheading strategic business initiatives that enhance optimization, resilience, and innovation across our global operations.

Assume responsibility for the entire strategy formulation process, starting from designing the business strategy, conducting evaluations, determining the approach, formulating hypotheses, creating plans, and effectively communicating the strategy to key stakeholders.
Establish trust-based relationships with key executives throughout the organization, assisting stakeholders in crafting new business ideas.
Mentor junior colleagues, aiding them in reaching their full potential in the realm of strategy development.
Proactively identify critical strategic opportunities and act upon them.
Craft and deliver well-thought-out, persuasive communications for both internal and external audiences, effectively conveying the value proposition of the company and the Operations Strategy Team.

Here’s what we seek in this role:
Key Qualifications:
Over 7 years of post-graduate work experience in a leading consulting firm, with a focus on operations, supply chain, and/or the technology sector.
Profound interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective engagement and influence with key stakeholders.
Capable of providing guidance and motivation to team members.
Demonstrates exceptional innovative thinking and structured problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Qualifications: MBA or similar graduate degree
