Job Description:

We seek an inquisitive and results-driven individual with proactive instincts, capable of independent work while excelling as a team player within our international team. To spearhead the Knowledge Management Process, encompassing crucial transformation activities, a profound understanding of the customer lifecycle and IT Service Management (ITSM) best practices is essential. The ability to connect disparate elements into a comprehensive end-to-end view is paramount.

As an IT Business Services Process Consultant and Process Owner for Knowledge Management, your role in supporting SAP’s Cloud Transformation journey includes:

Facilitating the onboarding of Lines of Businesses to the Golden Standard of Service Management Solution Processes on SAP’s Service Now Platform.

Ensuring alignment of the Knowledge Management process with business goals by identifying gaps, formulating action plans with an emphasis on efficiency and process harmonization.

Taking global ownership of the Golden Standard Knowledge Management process.

Leading Knowledge Management activities in the Harmonized Customer Service Management (HCSM) project within the Case/Knowledge stream. As Process Lead KM, responsibilities include:

Defining and leading the harmonization of the Knowledge Management strategy on Service Now.

Supporting the Center of Excellence (COE) and Area Product Owner in feature design.

Collaboratively documenting features within the product stream.

Advocating for the implementation of the Golden Standard as close to the “out of the box” as possible.

Assessing features for platform upgradability.

Supporting business go-lives and evaluating feature completeness through testing business requirements.

Aligning Line of Business (LoB) requirements with NOW Standards.

Driving LoB Onboarding activities related to Knowledge Management.

Coordinating the implementation of the Golden Standard Knowledge Management process by reviewing and prioritizing demands, ideas, and enhancements from different Solution Areas.

Driving harmonization, simplification, and overall improvement of Cloud Delivery processes in line with the Run Simple agenda.

Providing guidance to Cloud Delivery Units through the application of SAP’s established standards and optimal methodologies.

Designing and documenting processes and process assets according to the Golden Standard Process Framework & SAP Process documentation standards (Signavio) and ensuring compliance with demands such as ISO, SOC, C5, etc.

Collaborating within an international team and fostering global knowledge sharing.

Role Requirements:

Possession of a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in (computer) science, business administration, or a related field.

Accumulated professional experience of over three years at SAP.

Familiarity with the SAP cloud transformation roadmap and associated activities.

Proficient understanding and/or demonstrated experience in business process management (BPMN, Signavio).

Knowledgeable in cloud-based operations, including SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS.

Exhibit structured and analytical thinking.

Demonstrated comprehension of new technologies.

Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Exceptional presentation abilities.

Basic proficiency in project and program management.

Strong problem-solving aptitude.

Proven ability to collaborate and work in international and global teams with intercultural awareness.

Fluency in English.
