The DIS & Sales Ops Value Architect specializes in creating measurable business value scenarios. We pinpoint the value proposition that Accenture can provide to existing clients or prospects through our DIS & Sales Ops solutions and the specific services we can offer them.
Accenture India is recruiting for Market Wide GM – Analytics Advisory Specialist
Your responsibilities include:
Developing a quantified value proposition that outlines the expected benefits for the client, such as revenue increase, cost reductions, and improved customer/partner experiences. This is based on the client’s maturity, industry peers’ performance, and specific industry trends.
Building, enhancing, and maintaining the framework, toolkits, and simulators required to create business cases.
Ensuring buy-in from the pursuit team, deal team, and clients regarding the value proposition, which is subsequently integrated into client response materials and evolved into outcome-based deals.
Managing a small team of value architects, guiding them in delivering innovative business cases and securing client buy-in.
Collaborating with the pursuit team to assess the client’s maturity based on key metrics, utilizing client feedback and secondary research.
Maintaining and refining industry benchmarks across 30-45 metrics to evaluate prospects’ maturity levels and identify areas for improvement.
Working with subject matter experts to fine-tune the value proposition based on Accenture’s experience in driving similar value across clients in the same industry.
Innovating the approach and process for constructing value propositions to clients.
Preferred Candidate Qualifications:
Proven experience in leading business transformation projects, driving improvements through various methods.
Familiarity with a range of tools and technology platforms commonly used in Distribution (DIS) and Sales Operations, with prior hands-on experience using some of them.
Insight into industry-specific challenges and the ability to tailor approaches and value propositions accordingly.
Prior experience in developing business value cases and proposals to highlight the potential enhancements in business outcomes.
Strong quantitative skills, with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint being essential. Experience in proposal development within the realms of DIS and Sales Operations, or analytics, is highly advantageous.
